Intellectual Property Disputes 5.1 Jurisdiction for IP Disputes In addition to arbitration, the parties agree to submit any disputes related to actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violations of intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents) to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. 5.2 Equitable Relief The parties retain the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent harm or enforce rights related to intellectual property.
